I understand you review and submit drawings but don't design, draft, or stamp them. I understand municipal fees, including any third-party review or processing fees, are paid by me directly and aren't part of your fee. I understand 4 to 6 weeks is a typical estimate, not a guarantee. The municipality sets its own review pace.
