I review your drawings, submit them to your municipality, and stay on it with the municipality and any third-party reviewers until it's approved. You focus on the project. Clear pricing, no surprises.
Fill out the intake form and send your finished plans so I can see what you're building.
I review your set against what your municipality requires, flag any gaps, and send a proposal with a service agreement within 2 business days. You sign, and we start.
I file the application and handle the back-and-forth with the municipality and any third-party reviewers so you don't have to.
As soon as the municipality approves it, I let you know and your project can move forward.

Some projects need a licensed professional's stamp before the municipality will accept them.
Larger additions and new structures often need one. Better to know before you submit.
E&S plans can be required based on how much ground your project disturbs.
Projects like septic work need DEP approval on top of the municipality permit.
No. Homeowners and contractors both use it. If you're working with a contractor, just add their info on the intake form.
You'll need finished drawings before I can start. I review and submit plans, but I don't create them.
It depends on your municipality. Most residential permits I've handled take 4 to 6 weeks from the day I receive complete drawings. That includes my review, submission, and any municipality comments or drawing adjustments. Projects that need stamped drawings or an engineered site plan take longer. I can't promise a timeline, but I'll keep it moving.
